Throughout the year, children engage inlearning experiences guided by their curiosities, encouraging growth across arange of developmental areas. Educators foster independence and communicationskills through interest based, intentional teaching and play-basedopportunities, supporting children as they socialise, make decisions, and solveproblems with peers.
Children enjoy the freedom of an indoor/outdoorlearning environment each day (weather permitting), which allows them toexplore, create, and strengthen both fine and gross motor skills in meaningfulways.
At Kids Own Early Childhood Learning Centre, we believe that preparing children for school is about much more than learning letters and numbers. It is about building confidence, resilience, curiosity, and a strong sense of identity and belonging.
Both our 3–4 year old and 4–6 year old Kindergarten children benefit from a wide range of programs and resources designed to enrich their learning journey. Through careful observation, planning, and reflection, our educators identify each child’s strengths and needs, then invite various professionals to share, coach, and mentor both teachers and children to reach their full potential.
